Sports Photography Exhibit, and the Sports Theatre (Documentary). This exhibits the works of sports journalism which might appeal to more students. There is also a story behind each photograph in the exhibit, which proves a picture is worth a thousand words.
HP New Media Gallery and the NBC News Interactive Newsroom I chose these two for the same reason. They both looked interesting to me and they are both NBC News Interactive Newsroom so you aren't walking around looking at things you are actually doing things.
two exhibits that are must sees are: - the theaters, because there are multiple and each one represents a different type of theater and performances. -the knight studios because they show first hand how the news is made within a real studio.
i think i would go see the 9/11 b/c it's a good way for people that didnt know can learn about something like that had happened and another one would be photo finish- the sports photography b/c thats a way for people who like sports to know what had happened when that picture was taken and etc.
One exhibit that is a must see is The New York Times--Ochs-Sulzberger Family Great Hall of News because it provides the journalism students with a variety of news that has instant, breaking, and historic news. Students would be amazed with what types of news there are. Another exhibit that is a must see is the Bloomberg Internet, TV and Radio Gallery because many students are obsessed with their electronics, so I believe that they would love to look back at the historical technologies that were available back then.
Photography exhibit, Traveling exhibits & the big screen theater. This would be an exciting experience because the pictures and theaters could really make you feel the moment . Something new and something better .
One exhibit I would like to see is the 3-D Social Network because it looks very interesting and I have a feeling that I would enjoy it very much. Another exhibit I would to visit is the tribute to journalists who have died pursuing the news because it seems interesting.
News corporation news history gallery and the 9/11 gallery are 2 exhibits that are must seen because you get to learn about how the journalists back then create their news story and the tragic things that impacted the U.S. throughout the years
Sports Photography exhibit of neil Leifer looks amazing he got almost all of the greatest pictures of things that happened in sports and The 9/11 gallery because i was only 5 when this happened and i was too young to understand like now so i think it would be a great experience to see all the newspapers and articles published by journalists at this time.
the Blood and Ink:Front Pages From the Civil War seem to be very interesting. The website discussed how the Civil war changed journalism in America. This fascinating exhibit has actual articles from during that time. the Elvis Exhibit seems to e very promising. The website shows the king's letter to Dick Clark and it also shows records and Elvis famous clothing's.
From what i have read, I believe that the Permanent Exhibits were very interesting. The two that caught my eye were the 9/11 exhibit and the Berlin Wall exhibit.
The two exhibits that I must see are the documentary theater because documentaries say so much about what a person has been through or gone through. Its not like a movie in the regular movie theater its more realistic. the second exhibit that I would wanna see the sports photography to see how other people capture their structure and maybe get some tips from looking at those pictures.
one exhibits i would like to to see is the theater because it is better to see other people vision and not just yours also first hand footage. another thing i would like to see is the the knight studios. its a place where the news is made and by the display picture it looks like they discus what going on.
i would like to go see the NBC newsroom because it would show me a lot of things about real tv news and also i would like to go see the photographs gallery because I want to see how other photographers capture the moments in there photos
