It can start problems because people have the complete freedom to express their oppinions and sometimes when they are expressing themselves they get too free with their words and they can offend others.
Problems with blogs can be like people hacking and leaving their own comments on your blog. Or social problems like arguments over your blog and nonsense like that.
One problem is that people might post their personal information on their blog and people might abuse it and give their information away to other people.
The problem with blogs is that if you ask for an opinion, then you will get someones own point of view on the topic, and they can go on and start an out roar of arguing.
